How do I cancel my services?
Please send us an email at least three weeks in advance in order for us to process your request and to avoid billing for the next month.
How do I log in to check usage or make a payment?
We will email you your login details when you activate your service. If you did not receive it or have lost it, please contact customer support to verify your email address is correct and to generate new login information.
If I am away from my home for an extended period of time, is it possible to suspend my service?
If you chose to enter a term contract, you can request a seasonal suspension, but a suspension fee will be applied, the amount depending on the type of service you have. Please contact customer support for more details.
