Local Manager details

Job/Company Description:  VS IDEAS Local Manager
  • Oversee the management and development of the training department materials and curriculum with two Managers reporting into the position.
  • Ensure pacing of training candidates towards attainment of monthly targets.
  • Develop action plans and strategies to on-board quality candidates in order to address any misalignment of new hire expectations and their actual production.
  • Develop and adjust monthly training schedule to ensure proper on boarding and ramp of new hires.
  • Monitor new hire activity and oversee the delivery of performance-based warnings.
  • Determine final eligibility of new hires graduating to sales teams.
  • Maintain sales script library (cold call and demo) and version control.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on necessary updates and changes to sales guides based on sales metrics and feedback.
  • Ensure consistent sales messaging, positioning and visual branding collateral with Head of Marketing.
  • Develop trainings and “Leaders Notes” surrounding new material to ensure proper delivery and messaging to sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Team on the positioning of new sales material in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  • Create and develop new sales scripts to leverage product benefits and maximize opportunity to win new business
  • Oversee a Sales Lab process and determine candidates to participate in new product positioning.
  • Set quantifiable goals for the Sales Lab environment to determine efficacy of sales positioning.
  • Directly manage sales reps in Sales Lab to deliver sales benchmarks.
  • Construct plan for general rollout of product positioning upon attainment of metric based-goals.
Your Qualifications:
  • An individual who is comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Always ready for an “all hands on deck” approach
  • Solid understanding of direct inside sales processes
  • Experience with sales systems preferably Salesforce.com
  • Deep understanding of direct phone sales processes and local small business market
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • High energy individual
  • Drive for results & high sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Strong business acumen
